About me and my ministry

About Me
I was born in 1974 in a devout Hindu family. I am the eldest one and I have one brother and my parents. We worshiped 3300 million gods. We sacrifice many animal, worshipped trees, rivers, stones and images. But there had never been inner peace in our family. The more we worshipped these gods more they demanded from us and restlessness rode our heart.
One day, some one shared to us about Jesus Christ. We found that in hinduism god came to destroy sinners but in Christianity Jesus came to save sinners, like us. We decided to receive Jesus Christ as our savior in our household. When we received Jesus, our relative and kinsmen rejected us. They said we became low cast and untouchable. Many relatives did not allow us to enter their home just because we were Christian. At the age of 16, I received Jesus as my personal lord and Savior. Later I join Bible College in India.
At dawn of democracy in Nepal, I was caught by police while found preaching the gospel in Market place and was thrown into prison. In India while preaching Jesus, I was beaten to half dead with ear-drum broken and bleeding. I graduated in 1994. In 2001, I felt Gods call in my life to do ministry. In 2002, after several days of fasting, I started the ministry of evangelism and church planting. I started a church in 2003 with Rita Rosanna and Reuel, my family. Today I oversee the work of more then 11 Churches around Nepal. I would like to see many of my dear people come to know the lord Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior. Today I do:
Sports Ministry: arranging platform to reach young people with the gospel.
Translation Work: is my profession and ministry.
Bible School: (School of Evangelism and Church Planting) developing leaders.
Bible Distribution Ministry: distributing bibles to needy people around Nepal.
And my emphasis are on:
Evangelism and
Church Planting.
I am glad you are here. Let us work together to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ in any way possible. I believe we can do more together then we can do alone. Please write me with your thought, I would be happy to respond to you.

About Ministry
A thought that together we can reach Nepal with the gospel understanding led us to found the Churches Network. We raise support to help spread the gospel and pioneer Church Planting work in Nepal. This is a Nepali Ministry that is actively taking part in mission by encouraging Churches and equipping them for the greater harvest in Nepal. We work in partnership with other communities to spread the gospel and to plant the churches in where ever the Lord leads and opens the door. We are a non-denominational and non-profit association, founded in 2003 by mission minded men of God. Churches Network is currently being led by Brother Reuben Rai. Please remember us in your prayer as we work among women, children, youth, translation, bible distribution, sports, bible school, leadership seminars and evangelism and church planting.
